Leone

The structure of the Leone fence is composed by flat bearings bars in three diameter options, forming rectangular mesh, reinforced by an horizontal electro-welded frame, which gives protection and beauty to the fence.

Gates

Gates are produced in the following options:

- 1 sheet Pivoted (intern or extern and right or left opening)

- 2 sheets Pivoted (intern or extern opening)

- 1 sheet Sliding (running gate)

- 2 sheets Sliding (running gate)

Fixing pillars

Leone fences can be fixed with two different systems:

- Lead-coated – laminated flat iron pillar 76x8mm

- Screwing – pillar finished with shoes

LEAD-COATING

The lead-coating can be made directly in the ground, reducing the installation cost, or in brick and concrete walls. The depth shall vary from 30 to 60 cm, depending on the fencing height.

SCREWING

The pillars are supplied with flat or L bedplates for screwing:

Bedplates

The flat bedplates can be used to fix directly in concrete floors or walls. The L bedplates are used to fix the fences in walls.

Fixation in CONCRETE FLOORS

Up to 1,72m high, the fences can be fixed by expansion or chemical anchor bolts. Beyond this height, the fence will have larger bedplates and the fixation should be done using chemical anchor bolt.

Fixation in WALLS

Up to 1,72m high, the fences can be fixed in walls with a minimum 16cm width. For fences higher than 1,72m or for fixation in walls less than 16cm wide, a L bedplate will be required.

Surfacing

The electro-welded Leone fences can have different finishing:

- Pure steel (raw or natural)

- Hot-dip galvanizing

- Covered with electrostatic painting in polyester over natural steel

- Covered with electrostatic painting in polyester over hot-dip galvanizing (double protection)

Colors

Metalgrade fences can be covered with electrostatic painting in polyester over natural steel or hot-dip galvanizing, what enhances its resistance and durability over weather conditions.

The colors are representatives. The tone can vary due your monitor calibration. To know the real tones, contact our commercial department and ask for a metallic sample in your preferred color.
